All This And More

So this is where I have come
To the depths of reasoning
Chosing faith over insecurity
This plan of mine to find the one
Eludes me to say the least
I try my best to woo them
Be honest with them
Yet they flee I want to give chase
But always out run by common sense
If it's too good to be true it probably is
But how do I meet someone
Where do I look
Or should I not look at all
Will she come to me
I want to believe
I want to have faith
It scares me
Haunts me
I seem lost in transition
Lost in complexities of my own doing
Unwinding the past ain't so clean
Makes me visit memories I wish not to see
With in this body is a mind that the heart can't get in the way of
I search for a dream come true
I search for a physical connection
But today the game seems to out play the player
I want to give up to give in
Let my destiny be alone
But I won't
I will dream I will believe and maybe someday the universe will deliver all this and more
