All Things New - New Year

The old year is dying— all things new are yet to come. Welcome in the New Year, even before it has begun. Let’s forget the mistakes behind us, and look with hope to the future. What has happened cannot be changed, so let your forgiveness mature. This New Year is good reason to celebrate and clap our hands. Even though what’s before us, no one yet understands. Hope for the future, and forgiveness for the past— this should be our motto, much happiness to last. If God is with us, there’s nothing at all to fear. We welcome the future of this coming New Year! Ask for love and patience to see you through its days. Ask also for love and compassion to be shown in many ways. All things new are coming from God’s mighty throne above, so let's celebrate the hope, he has given to us with love. Commit your past and future into your Father's hands. Receive His joy-filled presence— rejoice throughout the lands! Featured in Book 1 Poetry To Touch Your Heart & Soul Copyright © 2011 Maureen LeFanue www.maureenlefanue.com
