All Over Again

All over again

A lemon drop glow
embraces the morning sky
along a weary horizon’s edge
illuminating a wondrous morning

Alive with the music of nature
singing in harmony with two hearts,
we hear a melody that echoes from
 here to there and back again

And as the last star bids farewell,
watching its nighttime canvas
awaken to blues skies
and white cotton clouds

A new spring day arrives
in all of its splendor
as we fall in love,
all over again
