I agree wholeheartedly. Killing animals for sport is particularly abhorrent to me. If an animal must be put down, anesthesize it, don't use it as a shooting target! A thoughtful write, my friend. Best to you in your writing endeavors. / M

The animals feel as much pain as we do thus any animal abuse is condemned by our Lord for He is the creator of all life! Having grown up in a small village in early fifties I was taking care of the animals: Goats, sheep, cows: Feeding, cleaning, milking them, taking them up the mountains or down the valley. The love I have received from them no human love has come that close to match, except in a few special relationships! I adore animals and suffer when they suffer! Excellent, dear Edward!

I echo Daniel's sentiments. Very well said. I detest those who would raise a hand against any animal. It's the breeding ground of future serial killers!!
