We are spiritual beings and we live physical lives.
The past is easy for us to describe, but the present and future are harder.
I rose up from my bed today.
I’ve seen a thousand moons.
A vision filled my mind and heart,
like thousands of balloons.
The rubber globes are memories,
each holding precious dreams.
Some make me smile. Some make me frown
The view as bright sunbeams.
I feel a chill while dreaming there.
All life is memory.
Since living lo these many years,
this vision, now I see.
I cannot change my dreams or times.
They float eternally.
I only know, I learned today.
All life is memory.
The air within my lungs just now
is all the gift I own.
My life will change when I exhale.
This moment will have flown.
While contemplating all I am.
One visual I see.
I cannot change a single thing.
All life is memory.
