All In

Written By: D. Collins 7/3/19
How many times do I have to say" I Love You"?
Keep giving you something you'll never get used to?
Silently showing that I am down for life.
In the foxhole with you willing to ride or die.
That soldier trained in taking care of his.
Through the ups and downs still going all in.
Wouldn't that be something if more men were like me?
Stood back and paid attention to his woman's needs.
There's only one lion in every lion pride.
That goes all in to keep his cubs alive.
That, I must say, is what you get with me.
A real brotha-muthaa for all eternity.
If mom were here, she would be so proud.
To see where I came from, to what I am now.
A man about his woman from beginning to end.
With a strong conviction for going all in.
