life begins at birth first breath of new beginning years of growth to come toddler age has crowned walking, talking, falling down a stage of newness teen years spring up fast you think you know everything wait till adulthood yay! you're an adult dating, working, marrying children on the way work your life away next thing you know-you're old grey streaks in hair body tends to fail little things don't matter so just riding out life grand kids forget you your own kids don't come around life becomes lonely daily tasks are hard legs give out more then they should memory is gone A contest on Aging poetry contest Emile Pinet June 20, 2019
