An excellent descriptive Haiku, Mark! Very nice turn in your last line.

Great contrast. One one end, the flora is watered, on the other the picnic is ruined. Such is life. It works good for one and sadness for another at any one time. We are hope hope hoping for showers today! It hasn’t rained in awhile. Hugs ~ Kim
