I’m a fan of the small T.V. show,
That impedes, holds up, delays,
The one that says I’ve a hunger, right here, right now,
For a burger with mayonnaise,

And I love how they tell a story,
A story that’s done before I know,
A story that takes me up to the mountain tops,
With new skis to enjoy the snow,

And each little, short burst of story telling,
Leaves me thinking “Yes I can”
Yes, I can buy what they have right now,
And be a younger wiser man.

I’m a fan of the small T.V. show,
The one that’s over in a flash,
The one that tells me exactly what to buy,
Tells me how to spend my cash.
