Adolescence

You say you remember, you understand. But be honest, you don’t. How could you? Looking back is hardly the same as looking from- Remembering isn’t the same as experiencing. Each year gives you wisdom, experience, growth. You are never what you were - you lose yourself daily. If you can’t turn back the hands of time, how can you judge? How can you empathise? Why try? Most are too self-involved to anyway. Life is a journey, let us go through it. Don’t undermine our problems and say it’s normal for our age. Everyone’s experience is different. You may remember, but you do not understand.
