Addiction damn what about it ? Its sure gets u into some doesnt it? Do you ever think about the consequences youve gone through . From being all lit..? The youve done just for a lil hit... ? Damn some do some crazy things just for a bowl . But they never see how much pain it brings to our lives and how much control it has over our souls. Friends betray friends as if it was all ok. Losing everything they was had with absolutely no concerns. Doing favors for one another for only later to be burned. On missions all night rolling the streets with no sounds or no beat cause the stereo your himie once had he just clucked for a 16th . Addiction yeah it’s sick yet u we can’t quit even seeing all the pain it inflicts . U see none of us want to admit that were addicts we try to justify our habit and say it’s its just a sociable thang & we only do it when we’re in a crowd some even say there addicted to the cloud some even think they only do it when there bored. They think if they only had a job they wouldn’t do it anymore u see we All have excuses we all have our own but none us want to admit that were dealing with an addiction that we’re dealing with all alone cant get away bcuz its within our own home. U would think wed be more responsible now that were grown? You see Addiction makes us believe that were in control of our we know when to stop taking those hits. But day after day ur still hitting that pipe trying to stay up cuz u got no sleep last night. Still in denial that the is taking control now u cant function without smokin a bowl. You’ve Gotten deeper and deeper into that now ur body needs it making it harder for u to quit now it has you were u never thought u be doing things you never thought you would do breaking ur own fu ken rules. U always said it couldnt happen to me but now ur trapped in ur addiction and u want to be free. & your asking yourself what’s happening to me? Ive lost everything that was once mine im trying to find my old self again . But it seems impossible for me to find this drug has me in a whole nother state of mind all i want to do now is take tokes of that line. & Everything i do now revolves around crime . Dirty money now nothing legit and all the money u do make u use it to get lit. Going from pad to pad hoping someone will offer a hit . Ur becoming more & more scandlous each day that goes bye ur lying and ur stealing what ever it takes to get that next high. Youve forgotten ur morals and how u were raised ur thoughts are corrupted cuz u been up for days. Everyone can see the change in ur eyes ur not the same person when ever ur high .
