Act Like Something We Ain'T
sometimes the
African Juju spirit
inside of me
make me want be
Kunta Kinte but
all we really
have to do
as Black Folks is
to let go of
all that and a bag of chips
the negative images and the stereotypes
love thyself because
we have a real beauty
deep within us
we define who we are
as a Great People
from Mother Africa
if we act naturally and
stop trying to
act like something we ain't
brother and sisters
we can do this
