Across the Wall

A Light was flashing,
on the table,
A book was open
to read,
The words were identified,
only
in light,
But
Eyes were unable,
to catch them.
Peace was cool,
in the darkness.
But
A subject was stormy,
A boat of mind,
Was struggling,
to measure,
the height of tides.
The breath was feeling sweat,
But
light was unable,
to across the wall.
Then
the night was moving,
backward to past.
