Accumulated Experience

Listen to poem:
Accumulated Experience David J Walker It was the profound quiet form Of the first dawning of a warm Spring day A new version of an old world A second similar verse Sung the same way the Same time the same words The same tune Exclusive to the Spring equinox Though We learn too soon The sad meaning of Accumulated experience

Indeed, David. Repetition constantly reminds us of the past. We are the product of both...repetition (repeating history) and accumulated experience. Much food for thought here in this fine little verse. Thanks for sharing it.
