to the silence
adrift in the brittle sky...
I behold pointed fingers
of mute admiration
My hand
belongs to yours
in this solitude of night...
Then you show me without words
the miracle of stars
We glimpse
her bare shoulders,
as Venus brushes her hair
It tumbles in the darkness
like a quiet snowfall
