Thank you so much, all of you. I love what all the Paralympians have done 'cos I'm sporty myself and have normally done home exercises, but originally secretly since I didn't want my born again parents to know, as, especially in the '70s and '80s, they very much believed that it was a sin to find enjoyment in your body. So it's fantastic for me that disability sport is finally public and on TV, because it's brilliant to watch, you find out how much is out there for you, and it means that everyone knows that sport and exercise are for you, or in other words for anyone, since anyone can do them considering it's not the distance that matters but the doing. I threw the club at school. Hope you're well, and all the best to Abbie
