A Young Love Story

The air was crisp.
And the sky was clear,
Bluer than ever before,
And without a flaw at all.
The sun gleamed upon their sparkling eyes,
As though they were made for one another.
As Their hands interlaced
And so did their hearts,
The boy couldn't help but to ask, "What did you ever see in me?"
She replied gently with love in her eyes,
"Everything you didn't see in yourself"

Beautiful write. I would love it even more if it had been written in the first person. "HE couldn't help but to ask" "I replied..." This is not meant as criticism, simply comment.
