Way back, before expansion, I was a true dyed in the wool Yankee and BROOKLYN Dodger fan! Was born in Montreal and the Royals of the International League, who were the No. 1 farm team of the Dodgers! With my dad, I saw Jackie Robinson play his first game ever with the Royals back in 1946 at the old Delormier Stadium!!!

Wish I'd known that dear old yankee... But his sayings continue about- in bandy... He came from my town, from the Hill, now made so swanky... They have celebrated his life there so happy... Today his momories will flow like candy... Yes he grew up here in St. Louis. They always say you have to leave here to become famous. And he did.

You had a very famous Cardinal by the name of Stan Musial! Won the batting title about ten years in a row! Could be off a bit but he was a sensation! BE PROUD! xxx
