A World Without You

I am so lost in a world without you,
Life is colourless and I feel so blue,
People come and go, yet for you I wait,
In this world of lies, you are my true mate,

Come to me please, do not bid me adieu,
I am so lost in a world without you,
Listen to my cry, hold me close, my dear,
When others walk away, you must come near,

True love does not leave so quickly, my love,
Were you not the one sent to me from 'bove?
I am so lost in a world without you,
You stole my heart even before I knew,

Will you not harken to my heart's desire?
Do not go away, my soul is on fire,
Our love's promises, let's again renew,
I am so lost in a world without you.
