For Anoucheka Gangabissoon's A world without war poetry contest

Take me to a safe haven, without soldiers at borders. Where human rights empower nationality. No one judges on colour or creed, nor which super power you follow. In a world of sincere justice, where swords are only found in museums and guns remain silent without bullets. Where hearts beat without fear, dancing to rhythms of love and peace. No echoes of grenades, causing cries of pain, only whispers of hope in a tranquil dawn. Where discrimination dissolves and hatred halts. In a society of unity, where all reside inclusively. Fields of green are not ruined by tank tracks, where children laugh and play peacefully. Streams of serenity are not polluted by white phosphorous. Hospitals are not over flowing with casualties. No armies march, no flags create division, where people sing the same song in harmony. All nations embrace without barriers, as a symphony of serenity spreads in the air. In a realm where differences are respected, where aching hearts find ways to soothe. Composing a universe of compassion, where wars serve no purpose. Creating a beautiful testament to humanity.

SO, I'm with you 100%. I would be willing to give up a lot personally, if we could have such a world. I believe the root cause of war is acquisition of wealth and resources. I think it is a huge mistake. Honestly, it makes no sense to me. The person in the US I follow who speaks about this is Maryanne Williamson, but she is currently going nowhere. I really don't understand what's wrong with people.

I'd want to see the world free from war too. The scars, it leaves are traumatic. We hope for Earth to become Heaven before we get there.

A powerful creation, Silent One. Oh, how I'd love to live in the world you mention, one filled with calmness, unity, and compassion. In the end, war serves no purpose...it's repetitive/cyclical. Humans are better than hate, greed, and ego. Your poem offers hope and will be a great contest contender.

Dear S.O, envisioning a society where human rights are upheld, people coexist peacefully regardless of nationality, color, or creed, and war and hatred are nonexistent. Your poem retains a gentle and hopeful tone, with words that create a feeling of peace and kindness. The mention of "swords in museums" and "hearts beating without fear" creates a vision of a tranquil world, alongside "whispers of hope" and "rhythms of love and peace" evoking a feeling of calmness and unity.

Same, a world without war, no judging and no hate, based on religion and color. But wishful thinking again? Its been there from the very beginning of times, and its sad , today, we still see , so many suffering and dying because of war. “ where children laugh and play peacefully. Streams of serenity are not polluted by white phosphorous. Hospitals are not over flowing with casualties.” real talk it is! Youv described it so well. I just love this! Youv nailed it! Best wishes for the contest
