A Weeping Willow Tree

Tiny droplets released from a weeping willow tree
Gently touch things of all sorts
to cool burning anger
to relieve this passive fear
and soften the hearts of we the cursed dead,
finally returning to the ground.

Weeping willow is a nice alteration. Metaphors run through my mind as I connect the meaning of the words to life abundance. maybe the tombstones of loved ones rest beneath the shadows of the tree of life and hope. Reincarnation of all things... we may come back as something else, mother nature is closest and around us, voices of souls from another life. excellent poem, my mind wanders as I think of possibilities. I believe that we can always find "hope" under situations which look hopeless. Thank you for your deep comment, Ricky.
