A Wallflower's Leap


                        Tingled with the eagle turning of his hero's head

                        Answered the whisper of a smile upon honeyed lips designed for kissing

                        Yearned for an endless night without interruption of the dawn. 
                               
 Silently he nodded while sat I with folded trembling hands…..
