A Very Special Valentine For Linda

Another year another Valentine
How quickly did this year go by
We pass the days as you and I
and celebrate our reason why
You have been a voice to me
calling from the grave
I was blind but now I see
how death a friendship made
It's nice to give to someone
what I would give to her
Words made of melodies
spoken in beautiful verse
The pictures of your beauty
they help me to rehearse
The things that I would say to her
if she were here on earth
But all aside and even pride
this is for you not her
Your beauty I'll cherish among
other things in this Valentine verse
Time has been so kind to us
we've never been betrayed
In you I found a sacred trust
in this cyber world we've made
You have yours and I have mine
the distance and test of time
If you could see this heart of mine
you would see your Valentine
