A Unique Keepsake

Craft me a tiffany
that others may see

Cut out a matisse
for my mantle-piece

Throw me a pollock
to which others will flock

Abstract me a rothko
I can keep on show

Sculpt like epstein
this profile of mine

Draw like da vinci
a portrait of me

Hand make a keepsake for me
that is unique of thee

Or write me a poem That is mine all alone. Your unique keepsake may well be the poetry you write and share with family and friends. That is what I hope my family thinks. Mike

Your heart is that of a true artist, Brian, for I am sure, most of them felt the same. You give us so many wonderful ways to view the world through your clever and beautiful poetry as only a true artist can do. Thank you for sharing your work and for your thoughtful comments! Love, Robin
