A Trip Too Far

Young and in my late teens, I took my first trip afar, I landed in Hawaii, And went out to a bar. I certainly had fun, Until the next day, When I had a tour booked, To fly across Hanama bay. We landed at a small air strip, Isolated out in a country field, We flew in groups on six seater planes, Suddenly I felt my fate was sealed. Then we moved onto a big tour bus, Waves of stomach cramps began to spread, My head spun, my teeth clenched, I thought I was close to dead While 50 other people got on the bus, I quietly asked the driver “if there was a bathroom on board?” He shook his head from side to side, Then he drove on ahead and I was ignored. He drove across the field and up to a big hanger, And announced over his big, loud microphone, “We are here for the lady that needs the bathroom” And I got off the bus, head bowed and all alone! An embarrassing moment, but at least you got over it and can doubtless laugh about it now. Interesting tale, told with style! Regards, Robert.
