A Trip

I took one yesterday and today feels somewhat more meaningful,
look back
I took one today and yesterday seems somewhat meaningless,
looking forward
I see that trip now from a different perspective, somewhat disheveled,
look around
I do not see where I am, but rather where I came from, somewhat lost,
look no further
Hello father, forgive me for my sins, for I am lost and somewhat confused,
look
Son, you just went through hell, you do not want to go back do you?
not looking
I refuse! Thank you father, may I take another trip?
look again
See that, it is time to go son, this time make sure you are not somewhat,
overlooked

Tim, I really like how you did the layout of this poem, interesting, I must give it a whirl, and I love the words too, thanks so much for reading my poem, I corrected a few typos, ooops, my eyesight is not good, yes, Tim, Muse is alive and well, and dwelling safe inside me, it seems, thought I lost him there for awhile ~~
