A Touch of Class

A Touch Of Class A touch of class, I wish I had, but what is that? To some people - it means to be rich. Others just say that they have class, for reasons that only they know. If you have money - you got class. If you don't you are considered trash, or so they say. Class I think comes in different forms. Some people marry into class. Some people gain class and some people are born with class. To have class is to never brag about your exploits. Let others do it for you. A touch of class is like a touch of MINK. You see it but you can't catch it. To have class is to respect others and to respect yourself. That's what I think is CLASS...

You seem to know what it's all about. Class I think is a personality trait (not something you wear to go about your day... or the expensive possessions you may have)... you must first have compassion and a heart for class to be worth anything, methinks. "Let others do it for you" << wise words Lucilla! My favorite part of the poem...

Here in Norway we have not so much "Class" - some have it better than others economically but there are those who are poor too. - Regardless of money, gold and precious thing ..... are they happy? - I have food on the table every day, and are happy. - A very good poem Lucilla, I like it. - Have a nice new week. - oxox / / Anne-Lise :)

Thanks for your kind words. You know most of the time we poor people get dis criminated by the rich, but without us - they would not be rich. We both need eachother. The thing is that you don't need to have money to have class.

L, a deep and profound poem, well done, it left me thinking, I think to have class you need no money or fancy anything, that class and dignity come from within. Constance
