a toast to health
this is the year
i make my dreams
become reality
i want to make my health priority
though the reasons may sound cliché
indeed, we're not getting any younger
who knows what's in store tomorrow
we can't take our health for granted
yes, we're as youthful as we feel
let's muster what energy we've got
get out there and enjoy life to its fullest
how you ask? i'll eat well
spend time outdoors
exercise and be kind
maintain a positive outlook
expect the best out of myself
stretch my goals
reach for my dreams
and above all ~
stop tolerating
negative energy
within a hundred
miles of me !
