A Thread

Oh what a discovery… thread,
Used to make the sheets that cover your bed.
And certainly many other uses, I suppose,
Like all our comfortable and beautiful clothes.
Oh boy what else, where do I begin.
Look at all the flags blowing in the wind.
A picture on a curtain with a sweet story,
Just look at all the wonderful embroidery.
In can also attach cloth together,
To protect us from the nasty weather.
But a thread in its strangest form
Is written below this poem.
