A Thirst For War

Nuclear War I abhor The thought of this. It would be remiss, To pretend, Although it is hard to comprehend, The bomb is capable of world destruction, Putting an end to greed and corruption, Nuclear deterrent, Huh! More like blackmail I fear, Who will push the button first, Sadly some powerful people thirst for war. No concern for others who die, And the world cries. Why?

Two children playing with blocks; one builds, the other destroys. One understands consequences, the other does not, nor will he/she ever care. Note that the USA 2021 budget for education was only $73.5-billion compared to a military budget ten times that amount! Aloha!

G'day Rico, The older I become, I regret not having a good education. I cannot understand how some presidents have attained that position without proper qualifications. Can you pay to be a president in some countries, Rico? That explains a lot if this is the case.
