A Table For Two

The two candles burn softly, casting there amber glow on the table set for two
This night, there is no one else on earth, except you and I

Our favorite wine is chilled, and the romantic dinner for two awaits
We are here together, just you and I, where time has no meaning

Our love is unlike anything anyone has ever known
We are alone in our little world, you and I, and this table for two

The feelings and love we have for each other will soon be set free
I am held captive by your radiant smile, and your laughter fills the air

A tender,  longing look by me, and deep sighs from you, lite the fire in our hearts
I find peace and comfort in your loving arms like I have never known

No more will I live a life of solitude, because in your soul, I have found my home
We are now one, at this table for two, we will journey through life forever as one
