Let us have a swapping party I’m not placing any bets; This could be so eco-friendly Money saved and no regrets! We can try a bit of swishing Let us have a swapping party Unlike shopping no guilt feeling Choices range from prude to tarty. One more chance we give to clothing It’s recycling at its best Let us have a swapping party Put emotions to the test. Friends can meet and share some gossip In good faith; the talk is hearty; Bring whatever for exchanging Let us have a swapping party. And next time we’ll make it arty! Bring your partners – touch of sultry. Let us have a swapping party! _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Hi Susan...I believe in 'all work and no play...' so I give my muse permission to play and enjoy herself when need be:) You are right...I often catch myself frowning or grinning while writing, according to the mood!! Thank you for your pleasant comments and support, my friend. ~ Warm regards & Hugs // paul

What a great laugh I had at the end! Naughty, Paul, but nice as well. I'd love to swap with anyone who needs clothes or jewelry. In New England, there is a gift swap at Christmas and people get the oddest things. Your poem is a delight to read! Love, Carolyn

Glad you enjoyed it and it made you smile, Carolyn:) Recycling clothes makes sense, as long as they are in good condition. Over here we donate our good clothes to immigrants who turn up on our shores empty-handed. ~ Love & hugs // paul

Hi Jan...from what I've heard most clothing is just about brand new....many women do not want to be seen in the same clothes more than once, lol! ~ By the way, yesterday went to watch "The Nutcracker & the Four Realms"...enjoyed by all:) Hugs // paul
