A Summer Day
A Summer Day
Ruffled flowers known as
Ladies Panties grow like jasmine
Reaching for the sky of teal hues
Cloudless except for two wisps of white
Spring was a phenomenal plate of passion
Summer flourishes the porcelain petals so choice
Dusk cools the earth and morning is a dewy kiss
Crimson velvet roses open wide hungry for the sun
Wildflowers burst into a periwinkle punch of delight
Trumpet lilies are in harmony with their Mother
As the Palms wave with reverence praising their King
Smiling sunflower birdhouses filling the bird bellies
On this day the earth is at peace with humanity
We are enjoying this gift nature has bestowed
The day is a lady emanating a great grace
Her ruffled gown swirls a warmth to the world
