A Splash of Color
Just a splash of color
on a rotting stump;
golden waves of pigment
spread on a brown canvas.
Orange spatters intermingle
with yellow polka-dots
and the newborn smiles
highlighting the essence.
Happiness is a blossom
of pigments in nature;
a time-lapse painting,
lightening the heart.
