A Special Kind of Love
Our love is one of a kind
A togetherness no one can define
We can read one anothers minds
And know the others desires
Our time together is precious and special
A bond no one can break
A relationship brought about by our Lord
Some view it with scorn
They are envious and wish us to part
To be alone and hurting like they are
But we pass them by without a second glance
For our love was not brought about by chance
How can we expect others to understand
A love they have never experienced
Even when we are apart we are in one another's hearts
Our love grows stronger everyday
You make me laugh
And I get a little rush every time we touch
You've given me your heart and your trust
A romance mapped out in the stars
Destined to meet
A special kind of love
Known only to those precious few
Whom open their heart and mind
To something so incredible
It happens only once in a lifetime.
