A Special Dad and Husband
A SPECIAL DAD AND HUSBAND
Today in South Africa is Father’s day,
But definitely for husbands too I say,
Still in Strict lock-down, not boring but fun,
Our boys see to our needs, each one
A wonderful loving son.
But the days have become like a string
Of sausages,
And somehow I got wrong messages,
I thought it was last Sunday not today,
Until the phone rung early this morn to say,
Hi Dad, today you should be spoilt, the second
Phone call came shortly there after
Happy Father’s Day
DAD.
I always buy Hubby a card on
Father’s day, because he is the best dad
And husband under the sun,
So please excuse me from this short
But important write,
I’m off to make dinner tonight.
