A Sonnet For My Love

A Sonnet for my Love

My love that springs is pure as pure can be,
It’s pure my Love like water from the spring.
You cannot reach the depth of this vast sea
Of love I bear for thee my sweet Darling!

I want to be the branch, on which you bloom,
To spread your heady fragrance far and wide,
A glowing candle to erase all gloom,
A solid rock to lean on-- by your side!

At night if you look up at murky sky
You will see a radiant throbbing star
Telling you that I’ll love you till I die,
I’ll love you whether I am near or far.

The bond is lasting than the strongest steel,
For all eternity this love I’ll feel.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
