Travelling the road to stardom
Following pathways to our dreams
My best buddy, guitar and I
Share hopes, visions, wishes and schemes.
We've written an awesome love song
Which eagerly waits to be heard
There's a special kind of magic
In both the music and the words.
We're on our way to Tennessee
Over sea, road and railway track
To Nashville City, here we come
Nothing will ever turn us back.
Poppa bought me my first guitar
When I was only just turned three
Ma and I really believe
Stardom is truly meant to be.
No pals could be any closer
Together we will always be
We're going to make the big time
Wait and see, then you will agree.
