A Solution

My head it's black
And it's heavy
It pulls me down
I can feel the danger within me
Where can I go now
The pain it's unyielding
And then
Add the memories on top of that
Any freedom to be had
Is in the words that I share
Right now that's my only path
The darkness surrounds me
Through the days and the nights
I'll just keep writing
Till another way is found

Yes, please keep writing. Writing saved me as a small child from the same darkness. We put one word in front of another until we purge some of the darkness. a 7 for sure.
