A Snippet From My Testimony

A SNIPPET FROM MY TESTIMONY God tapped me on the shoulder: Did you hear this one? Actually I was in proximity And I overheard: Jesus’ mother and brothers were at the door... Curiosity bit my ear Just that quick I wanted to know more Boy, do His words lift This sorority and fraternity Is open to all Bible study took my breath away Still does I have had three bibles show up at my door. You see, causality of thought burns heaven’s ears. Because dear Jesus hears, When YOU have ears to hear. So just like that in the generosity Of a new friend, Who’d only heard what God said I received my first Full-length revelation And I soaked in the ink Years later my sister remembered The one time I had spoken Of my Grandmother’s red-leather, art-infused family bible. She brought it home from her travels — I unwrapped the blanket covered gift. So good is God, and then my husband, Who has a strange family history Received his grandmother’s too — All the way from Germany. He was adopted by his mother And also into the family of God. How good God is! He leaves no one out. No religiosity brings Good tidings, But a childlike faith — God remembers everything. 12/6/2018
