A Single Loving Kiss

A single loving kiss
on my warm soft receptive skin
was enough to awaken
the man within
I closed my eyes
in readiness and expectation
and felt her warm breath
in my pleading lips
longing to sip
and melt away
to a plant only we know
in a galaxy far away.
