A Series of Dreams
I had a series of dreams last night
All involving you
Holding hands on the beach the other in flight
Out beyond the blue
Dancing away until the break of dawn
Both light on our feet
Me turning to you giving my all
You giving everything back to me
Alone on an island gazing at stars
You and I side by side
My love for you flowing wherever we are
In dreams or in real life
I often wonder on this side of the dream
If perhaps they do come true
I had a series of dreams last night
