A Secret I Can Creep
And I remember everything
I’d done that whole day long
It seemed no matter how I tried
I tried it somehow wrong
A Friday of the thirteenth day
Had not meant much to me
Until I knew it had become
The last day I would see
I went to go out for a drink
That balmy, moonless night
And that’s the night that I met Sage
A night of lust and fright
I followed easily when she
Had led me to her lair
Who could resist those ruby lips
Her locks of raven hair
Intoxicated I’d become
And I allowed her kiss
I felt her penetrate my neck
I heard her evil hiss
Since then my life has rearranged
In hiding must I sleep
I slither through the night and that’s
A secret I can creep
