A Question
Nature asks us no questions,
Beauty and Truth its source.
Mystery within its reflections
Awakens our souls of course.
When the sun shines at dawn,
We see, not hear, God’s voice.
If a forest whisper is a fawn,
Our hearts beat loving rejoice.
Why may nature want to ask,
When nature already knows.
Why need set itself the task,
When the bud to flower grows.
We seekers remove our masks,
To see what nature never asks.
