A Prayer

Dear Lord, I need to figure out
the things that I must do
to change what lies within me.
Please help me see this through.

Take this darkness from my soul
and fill me with your light.
Forgive the things that I've done wrong
and help me do what's right.

Show me the path that I should choose
please help me find my way.
Lead me to where I belong
to find a better day.

Amen.
