~ Dearest Lord~ Bring your divine presence to our confused world, in arrogance, lost! Caring no longer for you, we, in dire straights of human desparation. We see ourselves as poetic gods, our souls covered, with conceited frost. Our hearts turn away from you, mired in the depths of self-adoration! 3/31/2023

Lisa, Hello! You bring up a great point. Having the Higher Power with us as we write.I really have no inftention of being a hit on these pages. That’s an empty space filled with temporal, fleeting applause and friends. Such has been my experience. Keep writing as welll as you do! Blessings from California, Pangie

Yes, Linda . I am fed up with “ mirror, mirror, on the the wall. look at me, the most pompous of all- types.” They have a disease called narcissism or a bad case of bragadocia. Yikes. Why not applaud another poet! They can’t~ falling off the stage of egotism Slightly, deranged….no 10 books of published poetry, nor even in a poetry journal….just blind to their own insignificance and nothingness. Yucko! Pangie

Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. Daniel 12:10 NIV Your poem says alot of truth my friend but many are in blindness of this world sadly, we need the spirit from Christ promised within to be snatched away from worldly views that He might reveal His divine spirit and truth unto one that seeks, free will to all sadly many choose darkness

I realized my poem had depth and would be by passed. Selfishness, admiring one’s work that is meaningless, spitually speaking, shows a reflection of a godless universe. For me, an empty world! Poets are not gods. How about praying to God, not adoring a muse? God gets zero credit. Thank you Panagiota
