A Poem Goes Clunk In the Night

~ An Extremely Shallow Poem
       with nothing significant
                 to say ~

Woodland nymphs, a chorus
are singing in the darkling forest
while a fearless brontosaurus
  is looking for a florist

Starlight flickers, moonlight dies
  forest creatures stop and sigh
When two grizzlies do collide
  a twitter double homicide

Miss Raccoon takes her ballet slippers off
  which explains her hacking cough
Her rhyming here's a little rough
to which she says ~ Life is tough

I once dedicated a poem to the 9 pieces of paper that lost their lives during its creation. Good one Gershon.

Here's one for you: What did the sheriff arrest the cowboy for who was dressed in 9 large pieces of paper? ~ For rustling. ~ Moaning and groaning, gw

Giggle. :) This is sooooo cute. I love everything about what you have created. Priceless poetry indeed. Gotta save this in my favorites. Now look at you, being all silly here. I can't stop smiling. :) Brandy

And here you are accusing me of being silly, when I did exactly what I promised, i.e., write a poem of no significance whatsoever? Didn't I?! LOL!... Ha, ha. I think it took me all of 8 - 10 minutes to churn out. I guess I should do this (a lot) more often, judging from the response... And thanks so much for the FAVE. Always a treat for me. Smiles, Gershon

Life is tough indeed but I'd love to see a racoon with ballet slippers some day, what an imagination you own, its admirable dear Gershon
