We have a new relationship kind of you and me and us.
A feeling of being together yet somehow without all the fuss.
I don't know much about you and you know less of me.
Maybe that' why we're happly because both of us are free.
Free to be ourselves and find comfort with each other.
Not trying to rush this relationship acquaintance, friend then lover.
I want to spend my time with you and hope you do with me.
I'll never try to be you if you don't try to be me.
So you can be you, and I'll be me but let's be ourselves together.
I like being me when I'm alone but I like being me with you better.
I want to try and end this poem before it becomes a letter
but let's not end this relationship I like you and me together.
