A Plate of Mussels

Before the virus came
    My family and I would
    Go to Italian Restaurant
    My favourite entree
    Is always mussels
    Only as an entree

    On special occasions
    This dish is served 
    in different ways
    My choice cooked
    in white wine
    Or in an oyster sauce
    Either way its served
    I knew I will enjoy

It was one of places I could get in and get served when I was twenty. Berthas is known for their mussels. Only for take out. Well at least we have these restaurants for take out. In the malls the Subway,New York Fries,Tim Horton's etc are opened. We can eat in the mall now. Hugs Darlene
