Oh, what a particular species we humans are For At the moment we spend our evanescent life Undermining the moral foundations this world is built on Just for a temporal gain, We kneel before the Eternal when things go wrong, Imploring, the Lord, to deliver us from Anything that causes pain, Forgetting, That in most cases, we are the ones who Deserve the blame! © Demetrios Trifiatis 06 November 2022
